A girl with diminished mental capacity has runaway and Surprise police are seeking help to locate her. The endangered runaway fled on Monday, shortly after midnight, from 12700 block of North 148th Drive, according to the police.

The girl naned Katie Anne Stull was last seen headed towards the northwest. Surprise Police Department is trying to locate the 19-year-old girl as she has diminished mental capacity and might get lost.

According to the police the Stull may be trying to reach a relative's residence in Glendale's 10200 block of North 52nd Drive. The white female is 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who might have seen the girl have been requested by police to inform the Surprise Police Department at 623-222-4000.
