The BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir is organizing the inauguration ceremony of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul USA. The event is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 18 Jun 2016 at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir. It is expected to begin at  4:00 PM and will be continued till 7:00 PM.

The organizers are Cardinally inviting you to come and attend the auspicious event. The religious ceremony is blessed by the President of Gurukul Institutes, Sadguruvarya Shri Devkrishnadasji Swami. The auspicious ceremony will be held in presence of Sadguru Shri Devprasaddasji Swami, director of USA Gurukuls, P.P. Shri Krishnapriydasji Swami and other Gurukul Sadhus. The chief guests of the event will be the Honorable Mayor of Apache Junction, Mr. John Insalaco and his staff.

The first Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul was established by HDH Shastriji Maharaj Shree Dharmajivandasji Swami in Rajkot in 1948. Swami was a visionary and pioneer of the Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Institute. At present, the Gurukul has more than 30 locations worldwide with the same vision of propagating true education/wisdom.

This is achieved by complementing modern education with meditation,Vedic Dharma/culture, Bhakti Yoga (Love of God), non-violence, natural Ayurvedic medicines, and non-addictions. The institute aims to uplift society morally and spiritually for the welfare of all the living beings.
