A workshop on new technologies for Arizona field crops is all set to be organized on June 8 at the Maricopa Agricultural Center (MAC) in Maricopa, Arizona.
The event is scheduled to be begin at 8:30 a.m. and will be continued till 2 p.m. at the MAC located at 37860 W. Smith Enke Rd.
The 3rd annual workshop will includes topics such as, drone use in agriculture, soil moisture probes and inferred sensors to determine irrigation schedule, the use of bio-competitive products for aflatoxin, the AgWater app, utilizing GPS and GIS systems for precision farm applications, new guidelines in assessing the biological control of white flies in cotton and 2,4-D and dicamba new technology for cotton.
