Charges have been submitted in Missing baby case

Missing child case charges were submitted to Maricopa County Attorney office by Mesa Police. Mesa police reported that 19 year Old Madeline Jones and her one year baby William were reported missing from June 16 by Roland Jones.

Officials have been working on this case since June. During the investigation, they came to the conclusion that Roland and Cassandra Jones parents of Madeline were involved in their disappearance.

Police believe that Roland and Cassandra have helped Madeline in denying access to her son to her ex-husband even though the court has granted joint custody of William.

Jacob Gouchenour, William's father who now lives in Montana said, "I haven't gotten to be part of his life hardly at all and I want to be, I've tried and tried to work through the courts”.

He also said that when I'm finally awarded joint custody in June, a day and a half of parenting time, my ex-wife took off with my son. Police informed that women’s parents even provided wrong information to detectives also.

Madeline and William are still not located, any information regarding this crime, call Mesa Police.
