On Thursday afternoon, police officials found a four year old girl unconscious in a swimming pool in a backyard. The Phoenix Fire Department arrived at the scene at 1:30 PM at a home near Interstate 10 and Ray Road. There were no owners found in the house. The department got a call from a neighbour who’s dog was barking at the girl who was unconscious.
The Department rushed the girl to the hospital as she was in a critical condition, fighting for her life.
A news chopper that recorded the event showed that the pool had no fence around it, and it was unclear as to how she got access or ended up in the pool.
Details of who the girl is, who her family is, the owners of the house or the pool is unknown. Police officials are yet to investigate the scene of the supposedly crime or accident.
No other details have been released to the media.
