Jailed Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who has been granted parole for a month, left Yerwada prison today morning at 10 AM. Sanjay filed an application citing his wife Maanyata's illness and so was given parole for the second time in three months. This is turning out to be controversy as just a day before Sanjay's application was accepted by the court, Maanayata was sported in a close friend's party.

Later on Doctors of Maanyata said that she has been diagnosed with a tumor in the liver and a suspected heart ailment. Sanjay Dutt is serving 42 months jail term for possessing illegal arms in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts.
