Emraan Hashmi, who is much popular for bold scenes and erotic horror movie, has been changing his love towards scientific and biopics. The first look of Emraan in Former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin’s biopic 'Azhar' is projecting the sporty or athletic body of the movie star.
The biopic project on former Indian Cricket team skipper is being helmed by Ekta Kapoor and the director Tony D’Souza may unveil all facets of the cricket legend. Right from his career beginning as the only cricketer with the distinction of scoring tons in his first three test matches.
Marriage with high school completed Naureen (Prachi Desai is portraying the role in Azhar) and controversial divorce for marrying Model-actress Sangeeta Bijlani (who allegedly had an affair with Salman Khan). The story would also come across the ban on the Hyderabadi player on the grounds of match-fixing and his second innings after the HC of then AP dismissing the ban. Emraan will also play the role as a politician, since Azhar served as a single term MP from Uttar Pradesh.
The movie, which was penned by Rajat Aroraa, may come onto floors after Prachi Desai returning from London vacation. The biopic is slated to release on 13 May 2016.
