Disappointed saints of Ayodhya call Adipurush film for a ban. Last year after the Adipurush trailer was released, Ayodhya saints objected, now after the film's release they raised their voices and called for a ban.
Saints have objected to the misrepresentation of the characters of Ramayana. Like Hanuman being shown with a beard and a moustache. They said that the dialogues in the film are shameful and called for a ban immediately. They also claim that Lord Rama, Lord Hanuman and Ravana were completely projected differently. A priest from Hanuman Garhi temple, Raju Das also called for the ban. He called Bollywood is least bothered about the sentiments and Adipurush is a classic example of that.
Mani Ram Das Chhavni Peeth, Ayodhya saints called for the same. With 'Adipurush' there is a huge protest against Bollywood, claiming that Bollywood misrepresents Hindu culture.
