CRDA has announced a prestigious project in Amaravati on the name of 'Happy Nest'. The project was kept on hold and the deadlines were completed. With the new government taking charge and Amaravati constructions back on track, CRDA is in plans to invite for new tenders and complete the construction at the earliest. The owners will soon get their homes in Happy Nest. The previous government of YS Jagan kept the project of Happy Nest on hold. The flat owners have approached legal ways and met RERA officials. Even after getting the verdicts in their favour, the previous government ignored Happy Nest.
The new government led by N Chandrababu Naidu has decided to complete Happy Nest at the earliest and the government is ready to bear the expenditure. The project cost has been increased by 50 percent by now. Happy Nest was planned with G+19 floors and a total number of 1200 flats were designed. After the announcement of Happy Nest, all the flats were booked within hours. The increased expenditure will be taken care of by the government of AP. The construction is expected to be completed in the next one and a half years. Happy Nest is also a crucial project for CRDA as they have lost credibility. Completing Happy Nest will bring their confidence back.
The estimated cost of Happy Nest is now Rs 930 crores with 2 and 3 BHK flats. The project has 12 high rise towers with G+19 floors. The project is spread over 14.46 acres in the prime location of Amaravati, the capital region of Andhra Pradesh.
