Apple Banana Smoothie is a thick and healthy fruit drink with combination of banana, apple and orange juice. You do not have to use ice as the frozen banana used in the recipe occupies the place of shaved ice besides helping to give a smooth, creamy texture. For additional effect, you can always add a dollop of whipped cream.
Ingredient required for apple banana smoothie
Banana: 1 (frozen, peeled and chopped)
Orange juice: ½ cup
Gala apple: 1 (peeled, cored and chopped)
Milk: ¼ cup
Method of preparation for apple banana smoothie
Combine frozen banana, apple, orange juice and milk.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
