But you may not want to dare sending your kids to school without a healthy breakfast. Right then, almond and banana smoothie is a good choice to make. Ingredients required for almond and banana smoothie
Badam or almonds (blanched and de-skinned): 4 tbsp
Chopped bananas: 1 cup
Chilled milk: 1 1/2 cups
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
How to make almond and banana smoothie
Take chopped bananas, almonds, which are blanched and de-skinned, milk half cup.
Blend them all in a juicer till you get a smooth and frothy mixture.
Add sugar, remaining milk, vanilla essence, add run the blender or juicer until the mixture turn smooth and frothy.
Transfer the smoothie into glasses and serve fresh.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
