Here we have a popular Indian snack - Samosa. Paneer Samosa is made with a paneer filling.
Kids will love it. You can serve as a snack or as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
Paneer: 250 grams (finely chopped)
Maida: 2 cups
Onion:1 (finely chopped)
Green chillies: 2 (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 50 grams (melted)
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
How to make Samosa recipe:
Take a big bowl and combine the maida, butter and salt.
Mix well to a puri dough consistency.
Now, heat a little oil in a pan.
Fry the cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
Then add the green chillies,onions and saute for a minute or two.
Add red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt and paneer.
Mix well and stir-fry for a minute.
Now, remove from flame.
Make small balls of the dough and roll them in small/medium puris.
Shape the prepared puris into cones and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the paneer mixture.
Fold and seal the edges with little water.
Then, heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Fry the prepared samosas until golden.
Remove and drain excess oil.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
