The popular smartphone maker in China, Gionee, has unveiled its two flagship devices with outstanding features. The Gionee Elife E8 is featuring a 24MP rear camera and the Marathon M5 is built with 6,000mAh battery capacity, which can turn heads towards them.
The two handsets, which are having a list of goodies, were released at an official event in Beijing. The photography and nature loving persons can opt for the Elife E8, as per the company claims, and the battery of Marathon M5 can easily attract the widely travelling people and the mobile users with an aspiration to have uninterrupted battery support.
The 6-inch Elife E8 is sporting QHD AMOLED display with a 1440 x 2540 pixels resolution, which can produce 490ppi pixel density for pics, the device is built with 2GHz octa-core Mediatek Helio X10 chipset embedded with PowerVR 6200 GPU and 3GB RAM. One of the biggies is its 64GB of inbuilt memory alongside with attractive 24MP rear and 8MP front-facing cameras.
The cam has the capacity to record 4K videos with its dual Tone LED flash. The dual SIM smartphone supports 4G, NFC and other mediums. Android 5.1 Lollipop powered Amigo 3.1 UI device comes with 3,500mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner.
While Marathon M5, which is designed to work for days without charging, could justify its name. The device is coming with two 3,010mAh batteries, which makes 6,020mAh together, can work for four full days upon heavy use, as per the company claims.
While the other specifications includes Mediatek MT6735 quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM, 13 MP rear cam and 5MP front facing cam, 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display. The device is powered by Android Lollipop and supports 4G connectivity.
The Gionee has launched the smartphones exclusively for the Chinese market, and no details are available about their global launching. But, the Indian market is likely to get those devices by the end of July this year. The prices of the devices are CNY 3,999 ($645) and CNY 2,299 ($370) for E8 and M5 respectively.
