Ramcharan's Thoofan Audio Release

Audio release of Thoofan the Telugu version Zanjeer is celebrated with a spectacular show last night. The show under the anchoring of Udaya Bhanu went on amidst whistles, claps and shouts of excitement from the audience majority among who were fans of Mega Family.

The prominent personalities attended the function besides the hero of the film Ramcharan Teja and film director Apurva Lakhia were Venkatesh, actor Srihari, director V.V.Vinayak, Tanikella Bharani, Allu Aravaind, music directors of the film and lyricist Chandra Bose.

Artists performed dances and variety shows for different song numbers. After all of the guests wished success to the movie Thoofan, the first CD was given by Venkatesh to Allu Aravind. After revealing his hesitation for 8 months to take up the role in Zanjeer that was originally played by Amitabh Bacchan, Ramcharan talked humbly about Venkatesh, about the suggestion given by Chiranjeevi to take up the role and the patience shown by the director Lakhia for eight months to get yes from him.

Although every item in the audio function was presented nicely again the absence of the members of the Mega family was felt as if something was missing, as in the case of Pawan Kalyan’s “Attarintiki Daredi” audio function. And also restrictions in the City by the police in conducting such functions also depreciated some of the charm usually witnessed earlier.
