According to the organizers, the group has performed over 8000 shows all over India and abroad and it is performing in the Arizona for the very first time their popular show called "Seetapaharana" with its 11 artists. They are inviting you all to attend this mesmerizing show with your entire family and friends and support this great art Yakshagana and the visiting artists from India.
The event is scheduled to be held on Friday, 06 May 2016, at SVK Temple of Arizona. The organizers are inviting all devotees to attend the event. It will begin at 7:00 pm and will be continued till 9:00 pm.
Idagunji Mahaganapathi Yakshagana Mandali was founded in 1934 by renowned artist and recipient of National award Late Sri Keremane Shivarama Hedge.The troupe grew into new heights and gave outstanding performances under the able leadership and guidance of legendary Yakshagana artist Late Sri Keremane Shambhu Hedge. At present, it is performing successfully under the creative direction of Sri Keremane Shivananda Hegde.
