The International Day of Yoga - Arizona (IDYAZ) presents the third annual yoga event in Arizona on June 24, 2017 from 09:00 AM on wards.
You can also encourage your family and friends to do Yoga as it relaxes our body and cherish our souls.
You can also bring your children to the event as there is a special kids yoga session.
Practicing Yoga dates back 5,000 years ago to Indus Valley Civilization. It was first mentioned in the oldest sacred texts in the world, the Rig Veda.
Lord Shiva, popularly referred as the ‘God of Destruction’ is know to be the first yogi in the Vedic texts.
