A deadly house fire has occurred in north Phoenix; this incident took place on Sunday morning at a house near 7th street and Northern Avenue. Fire-fighters are investigating into this case.

Crews arrived at this house around 3.30 am on Sunday. Fire crew said that the fire spread to the main house from a rear guest house. Officials confirmed that the house wasn’t vacant; a 70-year-old man who was inside was found dead inside the house. The victim was wheelchair-bound.

Authorities said no foul play is identified in this case. Police didn’t identify the victim yet.
