The state of Arizona has reported a new case of novel coronavirus which adds up to the total being six cases in Arizona.

The person who has been confirmed of being infected by the deadly COVID-19 has recently returned from traveling in an area with community spread of virus, as said by Pima County Health Department.

It has been said by the health officials that the person lives in an unincorporated area of the Pima County and theta the patient is not severely ill. It has also been sad that the person is recovering at his home in isolation and that he has been fully cooperative with the public health monitoring services.

The Arizona Department of Health Services and the Pima County Health Department have been working to reach any close contacts who have been exposed and have come into contact with the confirmed case of COVID-19 while the person was infectious. Any person who has been identified as being exposed to the infectious person will be contacted directly.

The risk of coronavirus remains low but it has been acknowledged that the economy of state has taken a bit, as said by Gov. Doug Ducey. A video conference call has been made with Mike Pence who is the Vice President on the morning of Monday where in Ducey and other governors have also participated.

Gov. Doug Ducey has said that Vice President Mike Pence has made preparing for an out break as a top priority.

The deadly coronavirus which has been officially named as COVID-19 has been first identified in the Wuhan city of China Hubei Province and the virus has been spreading at an alarming rate across China and also across several other nations claiming live of several thousands of people and infecting many more. The first case of death that has been recorded as caused by getting infected by the deadly coronavirus has been first reported in Philippines.

Currently, the number of cases being confirmed as being infected by the deadly novel COVID-19 has been recorded as the number being 114,422 and the deaths that have been caused by the deadly COVID-19 has been recorded to be 4,027 in number.
