Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani will host a mass wedding for the underprivileged ahead of the wedding of their son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. On Saturday, news agency ANI reported that a mass wedding was planned for July 2 and would be held at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar. “As part of the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, a mass wedding for the underprivileged will be held at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar on July 2 at 4.30 pm.” Mr. Ananth Ambani, the youngest son of the Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited and MD Mukesh Ambani and Mr Radhika Merchant, daughter of businessman Viren Merchant, met at the Jio Hotel in Mumbai on July 12. The date invitation is a traditional red and gold card that reveals the details of the three-day event.
The wedding begins on July 12th. The first ceremony will be the auspicious Shabbat ceremony or the wedding ceremony. The dress code is traditional Indian. July 13th is Ashura Day and the official Indian dress code. The Mangal Utsav or wedding reception takes place on July 14 and the dress code is Indian chic. All these events will take place at the Jio Global Center in BKC. The distribution of invitations to Ananth Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding comes after Nita Ambani, Chairperson and Founder of Takia Foundation, visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple earlier this month to present the invitations and seek divine blessings. I just enjoyed Baba Bhulnath... As per Hindu tradition, this is the first time we are using Baba's wedding invitation. I am happy to see developments and changes in Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Ghat Namu and cleanliness after 10 years, I am very happy to be able to do this. Meanwhile, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant also hosted a three-day pre-wedding reception in Jamnagar, Gujarat earlier this year, where Bollywood stars were also invited. While the three Khans - Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan - performed on stage, Rihanna flew in for a special appearance. Diljit Dosanjh also thrilled the stage with his performance.
