Team India is unstoppable in the ICC World Cup 2023 and the fourth match took place between India and Bangladesh. Team India won by 7 wickets in this battle. Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first. The team made 256 for the loss of eight wickets in their 50 overs. Liton Das (66), Tanzid Hasan (51) and Mahmudullah (46) are the top scorers for the team. Ravindra Jadeja (2/38), Jasprit Bumrah (2/41) and Mohammed Siraj (2/60) bagged the wickets among the Indian bowlers.
Chasing a target of 257, it was an easy one for Team India. Virat Kohli blasted a ton and he scored 103 not out in 97 balls. Shubman Gill returned back to the team and he scored 53. Rohit Sharma (48) was the other top scorer for the team. Team India completed the chase in 41.3 overs by losing three wickets. Virat Kohli is awarded with the Player of the Match award. India is now in the second place in the ICC World Cup 2023 table and New Zealand is ahaed on the top with a better run rate.
