Goran Dragic seems to be turning out the star player of Phoenix Suns. Dragic established his career bests in shooting and scoring this season and became the star of 30-21 Suns team. 

His performance has made him the conversation point for the league honour of 'Most Improved Player'. The award is the most difficult to predict among the league's honours. It usually awards players for their improved performance based on a statistics that is merely due to more playing.

However, in Dragic's case there is genuine improvement in his performance. He has displayed a 38 % scoring jump by scoring 20.3 points per game. Last season he shot 44.3 %, but this season it's at 50.8 %.
