Chandrababu Naidu intends to abolish black money from India
N. Chandrababu Naidu, otherwise Babu, Telugu Desam president if given a definite piece of work assigned of destroying utterly black money from the country, his first move will be to abolish Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency denominations. Babu seems to have confidence in the truth that this will check black money as well as accelerate the development of India as a superpower.
Furthermore, Babu while expressing acute distress over the circulation of huge black money in the country, added saying that Rs 1,000 notes constitute 33 per cent of the currency in the country added to an equally large quantity of `500 notes. He in an act of remarking stressed that if these notes are banned then it undoubtedly ensure a check on black money as matter of prominent fact, present day politics deviate around black money leading towards hindering development.
Nevertheless, Babu did not explain how people would manage daily affair if these notes get banned at the same time how people would carry their salaries or money from a sale deed, or on circumstances wherein money needed to be handled in bulk. He furthered saying that according to conservative estimates, Rs 7 lakh crore black money was in circulation in the country wherein the Black money remained in the hands of a few individual as well this had evolved to white collar offenders like Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Babu as a special mention expressed that he will fight for a corruption free India, in addition to imposing the ban on Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes which in actuality would be included in the party's election objectives. Babu was known to have expressed his grief and concerns over the rise of mafias in media, cinema, land, mining, liquor and many others. Babu stresses that there should be a ban on liquor before any election.
Intending to direct the attention towards the strict laws in Singapore, he mentioned in support of an incident wherein party senior colleague and smoker Ashok Gajapathi Raju while fearing a $500 punishment for throwing a cigarette butt on the road, did not smoke during his tour, on the contrary lit a cigarette after landing in India. Now, at the concluding stage, the TD chief was known to have discharged talk of a coalition government in the state, while mentioning about the powerful comeback in the next elections by the Telugu Desam.
Politics if justifies to become the cause of revolutionizing the society in terms of abolishing frequent commission of crimes then perhaps we can name it as good politics, something that happens to be a prominent effort of a good leader. The way he thinks, speaks and acts inclined towards a prospering India.
