TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has said that TDP would support and stand by the side of Kakinada Special Economic Zone (SEZ) victims. Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that Sakshi newspaper was writing fabricated stories stating Kakinada SEZ was started during Chandrababu’s rule.
It has to be mentioned here that Chandrababu Naidu, who turned 63 today, is touring Godavari districts. The legendary politician, who usually celebrates his birthday among the party members, is restraining himself from celebrations stating that he cold not celebrate when people-especially farmers-in the state are suffering to this extent.
Chandrababu Naidu has also said that the government has forcefully grabbed lands from the poor farmers in the name of SEZ. Chandrababu Naidu is apparently taking out this tour ahead of by-polls to 18 assembly constituencies in the state.
People-who in the state who are reportedly looking forward to Chandrababu’s rule in 2014-are likely to encourage TDP in by-polls too, which are round the corner. (Phani)
