Rajnath Singh, Home Minister, has blamed Pak today for violating ceasefire deal on regular basis and waging a proxy terror war against India. It was noted by him that India is sharing "very sensitive" borders with Pakistan and China. He also said that there is a need to ensure security arrangements by keeping the situation in mind.
The minister spoke on security scenario of India at Hindustan Media Venture-organized conclave. Rajnath said, "Pakistan has been regularly violating ceasefire agreements, but India has given a befitting reply".
"Pakistan is also waging a proxy terror war against India," Rajnath said.
According to him, as the government went whole hog against the infiltrators, 130 terrorists were killed when they tried to sneak into the territories of India since 2014. In 2013, the number was 110 and was 67 in 2012.
The cases of infiltration dropped since the NDA government took over the power in 2014, said Singh. Number of infiltration cases was 15 in 2015; 52 in 2014; 264 in 2012 and 277 in 2013.
