Mutton cubes: 15 - 20 nos
Onion (medium): 2 nos
Tomato (medium): 2 nos
Garlic pods: 5 nos
Curryleaves: 5 stem
Cuminseeds (Jeerakam):1 tsp
Cumin (Jeerakam) powder: 1/2 tsp
Pepperpowder: 3 tbsp
Chillypowder: 1 tsp
Turmericpowder: 2 pinch
Oil and salt- As needed
Directions for quick mutton recipe with pepper
1. Wash mutton and add turmeric.
2. Roughly chop onion and tomato.
3. Take a pressure cooker and add mutton and the cut onion, tomato and garlic into it
4. Add water till mutton is three-fourths covered.
5. Cook up to 2 whistles.
6. Pour oil in a pan and heat on low flame
7. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, contents of the cooker
8. Add pepper powder and cumin powder
9. Add salt
10. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the water gets evaporated.
