A queer looking man wearing just high heels and turban and possessing drugs was arrested by the officials of Richmond County Sheriff. He has been charged with several drug-related offenses and public indecency.

County sheriff’s officials nabbed the 28-year-old Jermaine Lloyd  from behind a tree where he was found trying to put on women undergarments on Sunday morning. On seeing the authorities, Lloyd ran, but was seized after a brief struggle.

Sheriff’s officials obtained a bag of cocaine and marijuana from him. “He’s also been charged with obstructing an officer and drug possession with intent to distribute,” a seniors County official said.

“Officials say Lloyd escaped arrest last week when he was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and ran from responding officers,” The Augusta Chronicle reported.
